Shipping
Our orders are processed, packed and shipped within 1-3 business days from receiving your order. We ship most orders U.S. Priority Mail, and all orders include delivery confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will be sent a tracking number to the email you provided during checkout. In some cases, items that are ordered through our online store will be sold out before we are able to process your order. In this event, an Arty Crooks customer service representative will contact you via phone or email to let you know this is the case.


International Custom Duties
International orders are subject to customs fees applied by the government of the destination country. Arty Crooks has no control over the amount charged by customs and the fees are independent of artycrooks.com. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on the order imposed by the destination country.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact our store to receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Please do not send return packages without this. Once your return order has been approved, please return your item(s) to us within 14 days of the original shipment date. We will gladly issue a refund* as long as the item(s) have not been used, washed or damaged and are in the same condition as when you received them.

*Shipping and Handling is not refundable.

*Only items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a cash refund.

*Refunds and returns are typically processed once per week. If you have received authorization to return an item, we suggest that you use a delivery confirmation number (USPS) when you send back to us so that you can track the status. Once in our possession, your transaction will be processed in the order that it was received.

*Free Shipping only applies to the initial order and is not available for exchanges.

*There is a 15% re-stocking fee for REFUSED items and/or items returned without an RA number.

*ALL ITEMS RETURNED MUST BE SHIPPED WITH RECIEPT AND WITH ORIGINAL TAGS.
